Recommendations for transfer

Recommendations have been made for the transfer of knowledge, which are related to each of the four lessons.

1. Assess the capability of knowledge receivers as well as knowledge transferors - the DNA of both managers and trainers.
2. Ensure the sustainability of transfer - understanding the mindset will help this
3. Understand the need for continuous communication - between transferor and managers and between managers and employees
4. Develop techniques that facilitate implementing newly acquired knowledge - managers can use what they have learned and apply it to their own firms
