Categories of crisis Internal - these are mostly predictable and can be managed easily if foreseen. Internal crises include:
External - these are mostly unpredictable and often as a result have high impact on the company. External crises include:
Regulatory systems can help prevent crises, but they need to be efficient. If there's too much bureaucracy the problem may not be dealt with until it's too late.
