Institutionalism

A big problem is the diagnosis and resolution of the level institutionalisation in some countries. For example, crises have occurred as a result of the over-institutionalisation of government regulations, which stifles change and innovation.

The Soviet is an example of under-institutionalisation, as many companies failed due to the lack of democratic institutional rules necessary for “systemic survival”. Control was maintained instead by totalitarian power and corruption.
