Generalised model

Information is the fuel that drives processes, but it only has value when it goes through a process. Below is a simple model demonstrating how the input of information can result in business change.

 

 

As can be seen from the diagram, the process already has information embedded within it, as this will enable it to process the incoming data and transform it into a practical physical action. Corporate information is considered most important by the company.
