In the Scandinavia Ikea has moved into Real Estate and can sell you a pre-fabricated house, called BoKlok.

It is a joint venture with Scandinavian developer, Skanska, although it will soon be available in the UK, in a partnership with Hyde Homes and Paramount Homes. It will be marketed at people with an income of $30,000-$61,000.

To keep prices down the company is choosing locations in lower cost areas
