The Learning organisation

The learning organisation has the ability to store and use knowledge of good and bad experiences from which to do better in the future. Sharing expertise with task forces of peers to identify the best practices throughout the organisation.

In a learning organisation, there is less time needed between innovation and bringing a product or service to the market and there is better responsiveness to customer care. Staff communications are also improved, including the sharing of knowledge.
