Types of knowledge

There are various types of knowledge to be managed:

 

 

Based on the model by Roos (1997), the diagram gives examples of information and suggests how important the people are to the firm with regards to Knowledge Management. Someone said on the advertising industry:

"The trouble with this business is that the assets walk out of the door."
