A well designed organisationAt quantum level objects become fuzzy. Instead of being fixed objects in fixed position, they are described by their probability of being in a certain place at a certain time. Ralph Kilman extends this to organisations, arguing that boundaries between departments should not be rigid in the modern organisation. An example of a well designed organisation is Al Qaeda. It is is composed of relatively autonomous cells (not very interdependent like many Western businesses), each of which acts completely independent of the other. It is impossible to bring this organisation down, as there is no HQ. It patterns itself on the quantum biological model, being that it is dynamic and its borders are fuzzy, making it hard to pin down and thus destroy.
