Empower Employees

"Enable a culture of pro-active, solution-orientated employees, from top management to the front line, and they will unlock the value of your information resources."

It has to start at the top. Without the visible support and commitment of top management, a firm will not be successful.

In the Taylorite days, an employee could see problems on the production line, but do nothing about them. Today, they have been given the freedom to use their imaginations and intelligence to resolve issues on a daily basis.

A culture of questions

"If a new generation of questions is possible, a new generation of answers is enabled."

A successful firm needs to establish a culture of questions. The more information that is available, the more relevant and profitable questions employees will ask, which can lead to innovations. People will also assume less and know more, reducing errors and improving productivity.
